Pricing questions

What does “free” mean here?

A working shop on a free plan, not a countdown. One person taking bookings, a real website on a bookin-q.com address, and no card at sign-up. You move up a tier when you add a second chair or want the walk-in line, not when a trial expires.

Is there a per-booking fee?

No. The subscription is the whole price. We take no percentage of what you charge, and no cut of a deposit or a monthly plan — that money is between you and your customer.

Can I change or cancel later?

Any time, both directions, and your site stays up on the tier you drop to. Nothing is deleted for downgrading; the features above the tier simply stop being available.
